We want every family to love their story. If something went wrong on our end, we will fix it or refund you — full stop. We're a small business built on trust, and we stand behind every story we deliver.
💚 Short version: If you didn't receive your story, had a technical issue, or we made a clear mistake — you get a full refund or a free redo. Just email us within 7 days.
Digital Product Policy
Because stories are AI-generated and delivered digitally within minutes of purchase, they are considered fulfilled digital goods. As with most digital products, we generally cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after delivery.
However, we do offer refunds or remakes in the situations listed below.
When You're Eligible for a Full Refund
- Your story was never delivered to your email (check spam first)
- You were charged but received no story at all
- The delivered story is completely unreadable, corrupt, or blank
- You were charged twice for the same order
- We had to decline your order due to content guidelines (rare)
When We'll Redo Your Story for Free
- The story got a key detail clearly wrong (wrong name, wrong theme)
- The audio narration is distorted or unplayable
- The PDF is corrupted or won't open
- The illustration is broken or missing
Just contact us with your order details and we'll regenerate everything at no extra charge.
What's Not Covered
- You received the story but don't like the creative direction (the AI takes creative liberty)
- You entered the wrong email address and can't retrieve the story
- You ordered a story and changed your mind before or after delivery
- You shared the story publicly or commercially without permission

support@bedtimestoryforkidsai.com and we'll do our best to resend to the correct address. We can't guarantee recovery if the story was already delivered to another inbox.
How to Request a Refund or Redo
Email us at support@bedtimestoryforkidsai.com within 7 days of your order with:
- Your order confirmation or the email address used
- A brief description of the issue
- Whether you'd prefer a refund or a free redo
We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve all issues within 48 hours.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
